Celebrates 60 years

On May 16th, 2018, Soroptimist International of Fillmore celebrated 60 years of service to the community! The celebration was held at the La Fondita Restaurant in the City of Fillmore. Many Soroptimists were in attendance, including Camino Real Region Governor Ginger Cole, Governor Elect Ana Marie LeNoue, District Director I Sharon Jones, S.I. Fillmore President Jane David, and S.I. Fillmore member Ari Larson.

The CRR Annual Spring Conference is coming to The Warner Center Marriott once again on Aprill 20-22!

It is with sadness that SI Glendale's member Margaret Alm passed away on Sunday, April 2nd.  April 6th, the day of our business meeting, would have been her 101st birthday.  Margaret was remembered at the meeting for her nearly fifty-three years as a Soroptimist having joined in June of 1964.  Margaret also served as President of SI Glendale for the 1972-73 year.  She was known as a very sweet, cheerful and positive lady.  GEM Edith recalled Margaret as being...
